ALPHA and similar courses

Many people applaud the Alpha course which has been a means of many coming to faith.  Today Alpha courses are run all over the world and in all kinds of locations.

While Alpha has worked well in some villages and country towns not all rural church leaders have found Alpha so useful, not because of any theological issue but simply for practical reasons or because of rural missiological issues.

In this section we hope to publish a range of articles both about Alpha and othger similar courses.  You will find a growing list on the left had side of this page.  The purpose is not to come down on one side of the argument or the other.  Nor is it to evaluate the various courses.  It is simply to share experience, both good and bad, so that we can all learn from one another.

If you are registered on this site and you have a story to share or a rersource to share please post your article directly from the "My Area" and "My Articles" section.  Post to "Articles".

If you are not familiar with any of these courses you can find out more at any of the following websites.
